Artistic gymnastics is one of the best known and most practised disciplines in the world. It is the one we see at the Olympic Games, where gymnasts perform routines full of strength, precision and elegance.<\/p>\n

      Acrobatic gymnastics is a group discipline where two or more people perform team exercises involving throwing, balancing, human figures and synchronised movements.<\/p>\n
