This legal notice (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice") regulates the use of the service of the Internet portal www.indomoveacademy.com (hereinafter, INDOMOVE ACADEMY) of ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES with registered office at CAMI DEL FRONTO, No1, JAVEA, 03730, ALICANTE with CIF 53946002P.

In general, the relations between ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES and the Users of its telematic services, present on the website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction. The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of JAVEA to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.
Content and use
The User is informed and accepts that access to this website does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a business relationship with ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES. The owner of the website does not identify with the opinions expressed in it by its collaborators. The Company reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate on its website, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.

For the purposes of the provisions of RGPD of 27 April 2016, ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES informs the User of the existence of an automated processing of personal data created by and for ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES and under its responsibility, in order to perform the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as information tasks. At the moment of the acceptance of the present general conditions, ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES will require from the User the collection of some essential data for the provision of its services.
Registration of files and forms
Completion of the registration form is obligatory in order to access and enjoy certain services offered on the website. Failure to provide the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or participating in any of the promotions in which personal data is requested. For the purposes of the provisions of RGPD of 27 April 2016, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your registration as a User, will be incorporated into a file owned by ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES with C.I.F 53946002P and address at CAMI DEL FRONTO, No1, JAVEA, 03730, ALICANTE, having implemented the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 11 June.
Accuracy and veracity of the data provided
The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility regarding hypothetical damages that could be caused by the use of such information. ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information. ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES is exonerated from any responsibility for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES, as long as it comes from sources outside ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES.

The purposes of INDOMOVE ACADEMY are the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as information tasks.

In the event that some of our services are specifically aimed at minors, ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES will request the consent of parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of data.
Transfer of data to third parties

ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of Personal Data, and tries to install those additional technical means and measures within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the Personal Data provided to ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES, unauthorized access and theft of the Personal Data provided to ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES will not be responsible for possible damages that could be derived from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operative functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES' control; delays or blockages in the use of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines or overloads in the Data Processing Centre, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intromissions beyond the control of ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES. Nevertheless, the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.
Acceptance and consent
The user declares to have been informed of the conditions on personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of the same by ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy. Certain services provided on the Portal may contain special conditions with specific provisions on the protection of Personal Data.
PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY
These policies apply to all Indomove Academy services. By registering or making a payment you agree to the terms described here.

1. ORDINARY CLASSES
Payments:
- Registration of 35 € compulsory at the beginning of the quarter (covers the season from September to August).
- The monthly fee is always paid between days 1 y 5 of each month.
- Single classes: 15 €/class.
- If you let us know at the beginning of the month that you will not be attending for the whole monthshall be charged the 50 % of the monthly payment to keep the place.
- If you give notice at the beginning of the month that you will only be absent for a few days (holidays, for example), you will be able to pay 15 € per class instead of the monthly fee, or pay the full monthly fee.
- In case of public holidays, the monthly fee remains unchangedIf you do not wish to pay for that class, the rest of the month will be calculated as individual classes at 15 € per class.
- Management may make adjustments in exceptional circumstances.
Returns and recoveries:
- There are no refunds of monthly fees.
- If a student misses a class, he/she will be able to make it up within the same month, depending on availability.
- If it cannot be recovered, the tariff is not carried over to the following month.
- Absence without notice: no right to recuperation.
2. QUARTERLY PACKS
Payments:
- They are payable at the beginning of each quarter, during the first week.
- Payment guarantees a place for the whole term.
Returns and recoveries:
- No returns or refunds are possible after payment has been made.
- If the customer notifies with 24h in advanceIf you wish, you can make up the class within the same term, subject to availability.
- If the class is not notified in time, the class is considered to be used.
- Classes are not compensated or transferred to subsequent terms.
3. VOUCHERS AND CLASS PACKS
Payments:
- They are paid in full in advance.
- Vouchers and packs do not expire.
- They can be used by the purchaser or shared with a friend or family member at the same time.
- They are non-refundable.
Returns and recoveries:
- No refunds are given even if not all classes are consumed.
- If the client advises in advance that he/she will not be attending, the activity can be carried out on another day (subject to availability).
- If there is no prior notice, the class will be considered to be used and will be deducted from the bonus/pack.
- Valid only for regular classesnot for camps or special activities (unless expressly authorised).
4. CAMPS (Summer, Christmas and Easter)
Payments:
- To reserve a place, a fee of 50 % tank at registration (transfer or cash).
- The remaining 50 % is to be paid at least 7 days before the start.
- The place is confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Returns and recoveries:
- Cancellation with more than 2 weeks in advance: return of the 100 %.
- Cancellation with 7 days or less (or on the same day): no refunds; recovery will be attempted during the camp.
- The Fridays are non-refundable as these are pre-planned activities.
- In very special cases, a partial refund may be considered, subject to a handling fee.
- Absence without notice: no refund or recovery.
5. ANNUAL TUITION
Payments:
- The tuition fee covers the student for October to Septemberincluding insurance and associated benefits.
Returns:
- Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before insurance activationby applying in writing.
- In this case, the full amount will be refunded.
- After this period no refunds will be made.
PAYMENT POLICY
ORDINARY CLASSES
- In order to pay monthly tuition fees a registration fee of 35€ must be paid at the beginning of the term, this will cover the child for the whole season (October-September).
- The monthly fee must be paid at the beginning of each month (between the 1st and 5th).
- If you pay per use the price will always be 15€/class.
- If your child misses a class, he/she can make it up on another day.
- If you cannot get it back, the class fee cannot be carried over to the next month.
- If you notify us at the beginning of the month that you will not be attending classes for the whole month for any reason, half of the month will be charged to maintain the student's place.
- If you let us know at the beginning of the month that you will not be attending a class (due to holidays, for example) and you do not want to pay for that class, you will be charged €15 per class instead of the full month's fee or you can choose to pay the full monthly fee.
- If there is a public holiday during the month, you will continue to pay the normal monthly rate. If you do not wish to pay for that lesson, you will be charged for the rest of the lessons as individual lessons.
- In exceptional circumstances we will make adjustments.
PACKS AND BONUSES
- Individual lessons and packs must be paid for in advance, agreeing how many lessons are to be purchased in the 'pack'.
- In case you choose one of the bonus rates, and you want to pay as you go, you will be charged €16 per class.
- Packages can be purchased for any number of classes, but the price will vary according to the number of classes.
- Packages can be used throughout the year for regular classes only, not for camps, and are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances we will make adjustments.
CAMPS
- To reserve a place for the Summer, Christmas and Easter Camps you will need to pay a deposit of 50% when registering your child as places are limited. This can be done by bank transfer or cash in hand.
- The other 50% must be paid at least 1 week before the start of the camp.
RETURNS POLICY
ORDINARY CLASSES
- Cancellation of classes:
- Clients have the right to cancel their enrolment in our face-to-face classes at least 48 hours before the start of the scheduled session.
- To cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing, by whatsapp or email, stating the reason for cancellation.
- Refund of the registration fee:
- In case of cancellation within the established deadline, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the registration fee only in the case of LETTING LESSONS, discounting any administrative expenses or costs incurred.
- No refunds will be given for late cancellations or monthly fees, but you have the option to make up the class on another available day according to your schedule.
- Depending on the situation, which has to be studied by the administration, there is the possibility of a refund in the form of a gift voucher for the amount to be refunded to be used for services or products within Indomove Academy.
- Absence of the client:
- In the event that the client fails to attend one or more classes without prior notice or cancellation, no refunds will be given and no make-up classes will be allowed.
- Timetable changes or cancellation of classes by the business:
- In the event of timetable changes or cancellation of a class by the business, we undertake to offer an alternative date or time to make up the missed session.
- If the client is unable to participate in the make-up session offered, a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled class will be made in the form of a cheque that can be used for future classes, fees or any product provided by our business.

QUARTERLY PACKS
The quarterly packs offer a more economical price compared to single lessons or monthly fees.
- Due to the nature of this modality, no returns or refundsOnce registration has been completed and payment has been made.
- If the customer give at least 24 hours' notice. If you are unable to attend a class, you can make it up on another available day. within the same quartersubject to the organisation and availability of the group.
- In case of failure to give notice within the deadlinethe customer shall not be entitled to make up the class.
- Classes may not be made up or transferred to subsequent terms.
VOUCHERS AND CLASS PACKS
- The vouchers and packs of lessons (other than quarterly packs) must be paid in full by advanced.
- Once payment has been made, no returns or refunds are allowed, regardless of whether the customer uses all the classes included or not.
- The vouchers and packs have no expiry dateand can be used either by the purchaser or by a friend or relative simultaneously.
- If the customer give at least 24 hours' notice. If you are unable to attend a class, you will have the option of doing the activity on another day (subject to availability).
- In case of no prior noticeThe class will be considered used on the scheduled date and will be deducted from the voucher or pack.
- These vouchers and packs may only be used in the following cases regular classesnot in camps or special activities, unless expressly authorised by the academy.
CAMPS
Due to the fact that classes are on demand and places are limited, our refund policy is as follows:
Summer Camp:
- Cancellation of classes:
- Customers have the right to cancel their registration under the following conditions:
- If cancelled 2 or more weeks before, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
- If cancelled 7 days before or the same day, the amount paid will not be refunded or will be charged if it has not been paid (we always offer the option of making up the classes or substituting them for another day during the summer camp).
**Only in very special cases will the amount be refunded, minus the handling fee **. - Fridays are non-refundable as the activity is scheduled months in advance.
- To cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing, by whatsapp or email, stating the reason for cancellation.

REGISTRATION
The fee will cover the child concerned for the whole year (October - September). Therefore if you wish to withdraw your child from classes and wish to apply for a refund of the fee, this can only be done under the following conditions:
- Cancellation of enrolment:
- Customers have the right to cancel their registration within a maximum of 48 hours, prior to the registration of the insurance in the customer's name.
- To cancel your registration, the customer must notify your decision in writing, by whatsapp or email indicating.
- Refund of tuition fees:
- In case of cancellation within the deadline, we will reimburse the amount paid for the registration.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the deadline.
