In general, the relations between ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES and the Users of its telematic services, present on the website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction. The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of JAVEA to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.

The User is informed and accepts that access to this website does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a business relationship with ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES. The owner of the website does not identify with the opinions expressed in it by its collaborators. The Company reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate on its website, and may change, delete or add content and services provided through the same as the way in which they are presented or located on its servers.

At the moment of the acceptance of the present general conditions, ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES will require from the User the collection of some essential data for the provision of its services.

Completion of the registration form is obligatory in order to access and enjoy certain services offered on the website. Failure to provide the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or participating in any of the promotions in which personal data is requested. For the purposes of the provisions of RGPD of 27 April 2016, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your registration as a User, will be incorporated into a file owned by ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES with C.I.F 53946002P and address at CAMI DEL FRONTO, No1, JAVEA, 03730, ALICANTE, having implemented the security measures established in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 11 June.
Accuracy and veracity of the data provided
The User is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES from any liability in this regard. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form. ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility regarding hypothetical damages that could be caused by the use of such information. ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information. ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES is exonerated from any responsibility for any damage or harm that the User may suffer as a consequence of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES, as long as it comes from sources outside ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES.

The purposes of INDOMOVE ACADEMY are the maintenance and management of the relationship with the User, as well as information tasks.

In the event that some of our services are specifically aimed at minors, ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES will request the consent of parents or guardians for the collection of personal data or, where appropriate, for the automated processing of data.
Transfer of data to third parties
ALEJANDRO GIL SOLARES will not transfer user data to third parties.

Nevertheless, the User must be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

Certain services provided on the Portal may contain special conditions with specific provisions on the protection of Personal Data.
PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY
These policies apply to all Indomove Academy services. By registering or making a payment you agree to the terms described here.

1. ORDINARY CLASSES
Payments:
- Registration of 35 € compulsory at the beginning of the quarter (covers the season from September to August).
- The monthly fee is always paid between days 1 y 5 of each month.
- Single classes: 15 €/class.
- If you let us know at the beginning of the month that you will not be attending for the whole monthshall be charged the 50 % of the monthly payment to keep the place.
- If you give notice at the beginning of the month that you will only be absent for a few days (holidays, for example), you will be able to pay 15 € per class instead of the monthly fee, or pay the full monthly fee.
- In case of public holidays, the monthly fee remains unchangedIf you do not wish to pay for that class, the rest of the month will be calculated as individual classes at 15 € per class.
- Management may make adjustments in exceptional circumstances.
Returns and recoveries:
- There are no refunds of monthly fees.
- If a student misses a class, he/she will be able to make it up within the same month, depending on availability.
- If it cannot be recovered, the tariff is not carried over to the following month.
- Absence without notice: no right to recuperation.
2. QUARTERLY PACKS
Payments:
- They are payable at the beginning of each quarter, during the first week.
- Payment guarantees a place for the whole term.
Returns and recoveries:
- No returns or refunds are possible after payment has been made.
- If the customer notifies with 24h in advanceIf you wish, you can make up the class within the same term, subject to availability.
- If the class is not notified in time, the class is considered to be used.
- Classes are not compensated or transferred to subsequent terms.
3. VOUCHERS AND CLASS PACKS
Payments:
- They are paid in full in advance.
- Vouchers and packs do not expire.
- They can be used by the purchaser or shared with a friend or family member at the same time.
- They are non-refundable.
Returns and recoveries:
- No refunds are given even if not all classes are consumed.
- If the client advises in advance that he/she will not be attending, the activity can be carried out on another day (subject to availability).
- If there is no prior notice, the class will be considered to be used and will be deducted from the bonus/pack.
- Valid only for regular classesnot for camps or special activities (unless expressly authorised).
4. CAMPS (Summer, Christmas and Easter)
Payments:
- To reserve a place, a fee of 50 % tank at registration (transfer or cash).
- The remaining 50 % is to be paid at least 7 days before the start.
- The place is confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Returns and recoveries:
- Cancellation with more than 2 weeks in advance: return of the 100 %.
- Cancellation with 7 days or less (or on the same day): no refunds; recovery will be attempted during the camp.
- The Fridays are non-refundable as these are pre-planned activities.
- In very special cases, a partial refund may be considered, subject to a handling fee.
- Absence without notice: no refund or recovery.
5. ANNUAL TUITION
Payments:
- The tuition fee covers the student for October to Septemberincluding insurance and associated benefits.
Returns:
- Can be cancelled up to 48 hours before insurance activationby applying in writing.
- In this case, the full amount will be refunded.
- After this period no refunds will be made.
CONDICIONES DE USO – INDOGRAVITY STUDIO
1. Uso general de IndoGravity Studio
IndoGravity Studio es una extensión de Indomove Academy y puede utilizarse para clases, entrenamientos y actividades de la comunidad.
Para garantizar la seguridad y el bienestar de todos los usuarios, se aplican normas específicas en el uso de este espacio.
2. Supervisión de menores (antes y después de las clases)
Los niños que asistan a IndoGravity Studio deben estar supervisados por un padre, tutor legal o adulto autorizado en todo momento fuera del horario de clases.
El equipo de Indomove Academy solo es responsable de los alumnos durante el horario oficial de la clase.
Antes del inicio de la clase y una vez finalizada, la responsabilidad recae completamente en el padre, madre o tutor presente en el local.
No está permitido dejar a los menores sin supervisión en ningún momento dentro de las instalaciones.
Al permanecer en las instalaciones, los padres o tutores aceptan y asumen la responsabilidad total sobre la supervisión y seguridad de sus hijos fuera del horario de clases.
3. Política de uso de la cama elástica (trampolín)
El uso de la cama elástica está estrictamente regulado para garantizar la seguridad de todos los usuarios.
Ningún menor podrá utilizar la cama elástica sin la presencia y supervisión de un padre, tutor o adulto autorizado.
Además, será necesario contar con la autorización previa de un miembro del equipo (entrenador, recepcionista, encargado u otro personal autorizado) antes de su uso.
Es importante entender claramente que:
La autorización del personal no implica supervisión directa.
El personal puede permitir el acceso, pero no será responsable de supervisar activamente ni controlar el uso del trampolín fuera de las clases dirigidas.
El adulto responsable (padre o tutor) será en todo momento el único responsable de la seguridad del menor durante su uso.
Cualquier uso del trampolín fuera de las clases programadas se realiza bajo la responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario.
4. Aceptación de las condiciones
Al permitir que un menor acceda a IndoGravity Studio o utilice cualquiera de sus instalaciones o equipamiento, incluyendo la cama elástica, los padres o tutores:
Confirman que han leído, entendido y aceptado estas condiciones.
Reconocen su responsabilidad en la supervisión del menor fuera del horario de clases.
Aceptan los riesgos inherentes asociados a la práctica de actividades físicas y acrobáticas.
El incumplimiento de estas normas podrá conllevar la limitación o prohibición de acceso a las instalaciones.
